We cordially invite you to the 3D Congress of the DGS 2024. The congress will take place from 21 – 23 June in Regensburg. Registration opens February 2024.
Venue
The Garbo cinema, a cinema from the 1920s, has state-of-the-art projection technology and is the venue for the 3D Congress 2024.

Thursday 18:00: Kick-off in the “Alte Linde” beer garden, Müllerstr. 1
Friday 10:30: Guided tour: “Zachor-Remember: Jewish Regensburg” (2 hours, in German)
Friday 15:00: Guided tour: “Splendour and Glory, the Perpetual Reichstag” (2 hours, in German)
Saturday 19:30: Banquet in the “Bischofshof” next to the cathedral
Sunday 14:30: Tour of the cathedral towers or cathedral tour with cloister (1.5 hours, in German)
Monday 09:30: Day trip to Walhalla and the Nepal Himalaya Park by boat and bus (return 17:00)

Getting there
Train
Regensburg lies at the train route between Nuremburg and Linz. An ICE train stops here every hour, sometimes twice an hour. Some Nightjet trains also stop in Regensburg.
Coach
Flixbus offer several connections daily to Regensburg.
Flight
Regional train 22 connects Munich Airport with Regensburg every hour in 1:25 hours. Nuremberg Airport can also be reached by changing trains at Nuremberg Central Station.
Alternatively, there is a shuttle service that takes you from Munich Airport to your hotel.
